Padmaloka Autumn-Winter Programme 2020 Now Released
It's been almost 6 months since we had our last residential event here at Padmaloka, the Friends and Guest week, and since then it has just been the community occupying the halls and rooms of Padmaloka, keeping the atmosphere of the shrine room alive and the dust and dirt off the walls and floors.
We were delighted to announce that we will be opening for hybrid events, both residential and online. For the time being the residential aspects of these will be run on an invitation only basis, to enable us to test out our new hygiene measures.
The Online Aspects are now live and ready for bookings, we have some classic themes coming up The Transcendental Principle, The Mythic Context, etc, so do go ahead and reserve your place.
To be able to run the residential retreats we have put a number of measures in place, which can be found in our risk assessment here: bit.ly/PadmalokaRA8
We've also updated our coming on retreat page: https://www.padmaloka.org.uk/coming-retreat
And, have put together an 'Essential Guide to being on Retreat During Covid', which can be found here: bit.ly/PadmalokaEG3
With these precautions we aim to make coming on retreat at Padmaloka as safe as possible, though there will, of course, remain a health risk.
Padmasagara, from the Ordination Team, says a little more about the programme in the video here: https://youtu.be/3J0X6pEAup8
