An Update on Retreats at Padmaloka

I am very sorry to say that we have decided as a community here at Padmaloka to extend the period of retreat cancellation by another two months, meaning that retreats in July and August are now cancelled.

Despite the fact that the lockdown periods are starting to ease in many countries, as a retreat centre we are going to be amongst one of the last to be able to re-open;this is because social distancing would be near impossible to maintain here, and we feel a great responsibility to the men who come on retreat here to ensure their health and wellbeing.

We are, of course, happy to give a full refund for the balance and deposit of the retreat.

Also,we would like to ask if you would consider leaving part or all the retreat payment as a donation to Padmaloka. Financially, Padmaloka is operating on a shoe-string budget right now, with the majority of it’s income gone, so any donations during this period of time go a long way to help maintain the running of Padmaloka and to help us to deliver more content online to men around the world.

Wishing you all the best in health and in your practice ofthe Buddha Dharma,
