This retreat is devoted to the arising of the Bodhicitta: the 'transcendental force' of wisdom and compassion. To help us, we will be studying Geshe Chekawa Dorje's Seven-Point Mind Training, one the most influential Tibetan works on the practice of the Bodhicitta. The aim of this practice is to transform every aspect of our lives into the expression of the Bodhicitta. As well as Geshe Chekawa Dorje's text, we will also be drawing on Sangharakshita's unique insights into the arising of the Bodhicitta.
The retreat starts with dinner on the first day at 6:30pm and finishes on the final day at 10.00am.
