Our winter retreats are always special occasions. This winter retreat is an intensive meditation retreat exploring in depth our System of Meditation – integration, positive emotion, just sitting, spiritual death and spiritual rebirth. During the retreat, building up to practising all the meditations each day, we experience how the practices complement and augment each other, creating a perfectly balanced system of meditation.
The retreat will include essential instruction in mindfulness of breathing, Metta Bhavana, just sitting, six element practice and recollection of the Buddha. There will be plenty of opportunities for meditation, puja and silence and regular personal meditation dialogues with members of the teaching team.

The retreat starts with dinner on the first day at 6:30pm and finishes on the final day at 10.00am.
