This is a foundation retreat teaching good meditation practice. It is suitable for both those who are relatively new, who have a regular meditation practice and who want to establish it on sound principles, as well as to experienced meditators who wish to breathe new life into their meditation.
It will cover all areas of working in meditation from posture, balanced effort, working on the hindrances, to access concentration, the dhyanas and insight.
The emphasis will be practical and experiential and on learning meditation skills that one can then take away and use in daily meditation practice.
The retreat starts with dinner on the first day at 6:30pm and finishes on the final day at 10.00am.
