On this retreat, we will be exploring the central importance of the imaginal in Bhante’s life and writings. For Bhante, imagination, myth and symbol are essential to living a full Dharma life. As well as looking at some of his key writings and significant episodes from his life, we will be aiming to discover the images, myths and symbols that are motivating us in our own lives.
Retreat Study
We will be studying Bhante's lectures The Journey to Il Convento and St Jerome Revisited. Please arrive having listened or read these lectures with points of interest that you wish to discuss.
Details and Timings
The retreat starts with dinner on the first day at 6:30pm and finishes on the final day at 10.15am.
