An intensive retreat, at a potent time of year, offering a special and unique opportunity to enter into deep silence and meditation. This retreat is the pinnacle of our retreat calendar.
All meditation practices will be fully introduced and there will also be a strong emphasis on puja, devotion, worshipping the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and sutra recitation.
Alongside extensive shrine room practice, there will be plenty of time to reflect with the support of periods of silence, and personal, one-to-one meditation reviews.

The theme will be revealed closer to the time.

Details and Timings

The retreat starts with dinner on the first day at 6:30pm and finishes on the final day at 10.15am.
