Our office hours are from 9:30 am to 1 pm and 2:30 pm to 5 pm, if you leave a message on our answerphone then it will aim to respond to you within 24 hours.

The Padmaloka Office Team will aim to respond to your emails within 3 days.

The Ordination Team may take longer to respond to you as they may be on a retreat, so if it is an urgent message then it is better to contact the Office Team.
