We will delve into all aspects of meditation, from posture and overcoming hindrances to cultivating access concentration, dhyana, and insight. The emphasis is on practical experience and acquiring skills you can directly apply to your daily meditation practice.

The retreat starts with dinner on the first day at 6:30pm and finishes on the final day at 10.15am.
